Altra is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager for our Rochester, MN area market. The successful candidate will manage new and existing member business relationships, promote and market business loans and deposits and cross sell Altra's products and services. 

Requirements: 

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related field of study is required.  Two years' of business lending experience is required. Knowledge of the Rochester business community would be a plus! 

Qualified candidates will present a professional image, communicate effectively and establish positive relationships with members and staff. Must have strong, effective interpersonal skills with demonstrated sales experience, the ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations, and have the ability to read, understand, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Work requires excellent oral, written, and organizational skills, as well as, be able to prioritize work and work independently with little assistance. Must have proficient PC skills, including experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) and various lending software packages.
